Photographing Tucson and Southern Arizona

Welcome to Gila Photography

We offer photography ranging from Landscape Photos to Event Photos to Product Photos. We are big fans of cool cars, cycling and beautiful scenery, luckily we live in a place that has an abundance of all of these.

I hope you enjoy the images here as much as we enjoyed taking them. If you are interested in purchasing prints or hiring us to cover an event, check out or send us a message from our Contact Us link above. We are always interested in finding out about upcoming events. Thanks for checking us out!

I took a trip to Washington DC

So, I recently took a trip to Washington DC and was thrilled with all there was to see. I experimented with doing HDR and I like what I got. It’s not for everyone, but I like how these turned out. I still have more to work on, but here is a sample.

Did some studio work this weekend

Besides the typical food shots, I did some studio work with a couple of models. I was shooting for stock and pretty happy with what I got. I got creative on some shots of a friend, and I’m really liking the way they turned out. Enjoy

Pictures are up!

Check them out at ** OUR ONLINE GALLERY ** ! We have them sorted by rider number where they are visible. It’s the first 3 digits before the first hyphen. They start on page 3 or so, but don’t forget to check the un-numbered ones in case we couldn’t make out your number. Don’t forget that you [...]

Finishing up pics for the Dirty Bunny ride

So, I went and shot the Dirty Bunny Century ride today with Folkerts photography. Pictures are going up at the Dos Amigos site. Until then, here are a couple of samples…

Working on the pictures from the CCSR

We took quite a few pictures at the Time Trial and the Criterium. Lighting was a real challenge on both stages, but we are working on getting the good ones sorted out.  We hope to have some up on Dos Amigos soon, but we are fighting a pretty tight schedule. Keep checking back and we will have them [...]
